Special Works

We understand that schools and colleges, small businesses and homeowners have very different requirements to our larger corporate and local authority clients. But we also firmly believe in working up to a standard, not down to a price or project size.

So at Tasker Catchpole, we have a dedicated Special Works Division, who focus solely on projects valued from £25K upwards. Clients benefit from all our expertise and personal service, tailored to their specific needs in terms of project scope, budget, timescale, experience of construction work and the impact of potential disruption. This includes assisting with feasibility studies, budgeting, value engineering and project management as required.

As the largest team within our business, supported by trusted subcontractors for specialist tasks such as flooring and tiling, Special Works offers a full range of new-build, conversion, renovation and repair services. The team includes highly experienced site managers, who work closely with clients to keep the project on track, and provide information and updates at every stage.

Having worked with numerous schools and colleges, we have vast experience of completing work within school holidays. As a result, we’re experts at rapidly sizing up a project, coming in at short notice, then working quickly and efficiently, putting in whatever time and resources we need to get the job done on time, and on budget.
